FAQ

Have a question we haven't covered? Call us or send the details with your proposal request.

Request a Proposal
How long does a coating or epoxy project take?

Most residential projects are measured in days, not weeks, and because there is no demolition, your home stays livable the whole time. Epoxy floors typically need a short cure window before heavy use. Your proposal confirms the exact schedule and cure times for your project.

How long will it last?

It depends on the surface and the system, but quality coatings typically add 5 to 15 or more years of protected life, often more with basic upkeep. Your proposal names the exact system we recommend and its expected lifespan before you commit.

What's involved in prep, and why does it matter?

Prep is the step that decides whether a coating lasts. For roofs, that means cleaning and sealing seams and fasteners before the membrane goes on. For epoxy floors, it means mechanically profiling the concrete so the coating bonds into the slab instead of sitting on top. We never skip it.

What surfaces can you coat?

Roofs (shingle, flat, and low-slope), decks, fences, garage and basement floors, shop and warehouse concrete, commercial floors, plus walkways, retaining walls, and metal buildings. If weather or wear can ruin it, ask us. And if a coating is not the right answer, we will say so honestly.

Do you serve my area?

We are based in the Kansas City metro and serve Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. On the edge of our range? Call, we would rather tell you yes than make you guess.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. Every surface we coat is warrantied, from 1 to 15 years depending on the surface and system. If our workmanship fails, we make it right. The exact warranty for your project is spelled out in writing in your proposal.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We work with a financing partner that lets you check your monthly payment options in about two minutes. Checking does not affect your credit score, and there is no obligation.

See payment options or request a proposal first if you would rather have a real figure to work from.

How do I request a proposal?

Fill out the proposal request form (about two minutes) or call Jake at (816) 204-6432 or Ben at (816) 929-1256. We respond to every request within one business day, free and no-obligation.
